Will it hurt or bruise my skin?
Not when used correctly. Start on the lowest suction level and keep the head gliding — never hold it in one spot. Bruising happens when suction is too strong or held too long, which is exactly why we build in adjustable levels.
Will it clear my blackheads completely?
Honestly, no — not in one session, and not permanently. It lifts surface oil, dead skin and everyday buildup, which makes pores look cleaner. Deep, stubborn blackheads need consistency and a good daily cleanser alongside it.
Does it shrink pores?
No. Nothing permanently shrinks pores, and we won't pretend otherwise. What it does is clear what's trapped inside them, so they appear less noticeable.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a week is plenty for most people. More is not better — over-use is the fastest way to irritate your skin.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Use the gentle level and the oval head, and keep sessions short. If you have active acne, rosacea, eczema or any skin condition, check with a dermatologist before using any suction device.
How do I clean it?
